Creative Technologies, Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Creative Technologies, Inc. website and mobile applications, including the including the GOING, AHOY, and DON’T ASK GABBY apps (collectively, the “Service”).
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service.
We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection And Use
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) may include, but is not limited to:

Mobile AppliCATION Data
When you use our mobile applications, we may collect or process the following:
Data Stored on Your Device
Our mobile apps store certain data locally on your device to provide core functionality. This includes goals, action items, progress data, and conversation history with the in-app AI coach. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you initiate an action that requires it.
Microphone Access
Our apps may request permission to access your device’s microphone for speech-to-text input. Audio is processed in real time on your device and is not recorded, stored, or transmitted by us.
AI-Powered Features
Our apps use third-party artificial intelligence services to generate personalized action plans and provide coaching. When you use these features, the goals and obstacles you enter are sent to our AI service providers for processing. These providers process your data solely to generate responses and do not retain it for their own purposes.
Subscription and Purchase Data
If you subscribe to premium features, your purchase is processed by the platform’s app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and by our subscription management provider, RevenueCat. We do not directly collect or store your payment information such as credit card numbers. Please refer to the privacy policies of Google, Apple, and RevenueCat for details on how they handle your payment data. AHOY does not currently include in-app purchases.
Advertising
Some of our apps, including DON’T ASK GABBY, display advertisements served by Google AdMob. In connection with serving ads, Google may collect and use certain data, including your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, and ad interaction data. This information is used to deliver relevant advertisements and measure ad performance. Google’s use of this data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect precise geolocation data or contact lists through our mobile applications. We do not require you to create an account or provide login credentials to use the core features of our apps.
Deleting Your Data
All GOING and AHOY journey data, actions, and preferences are stored locally on your device. To delete all your data, simply uninstall the app. No server-side data is retained. Subscription management and cancellation can be handled through your device’s app store settings (Google Play Store → Subscriptions → GOING on Android, or Apple App Store → Subscriptions → GOING on iOS).
Log Data
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our website (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive.
We use “cookies” to collect information on our website. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our website. Our mobile applications do not use cookies.

Our Service may use third-party services that collect information. These include:

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.
