GOING — Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GOING mobile application (“App”) operated by Creative Technologies Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

GOING is a mobile application designed to help users set goals, overcome obstacles, and take action through AI-powered coaching. The App offers both free and premium features.

Free features include:

  • Creating a single GOING journey
  • Generating AI-powered action steps
  • Marking actions as complete
  • Daily journey reminder notifications

Premium features (“GOING Premium”) include:

  • Go — an AI coaching agent for deeper guidance on action steps
  • Tracking multiple journeys simultaneously
  • Progress insights across your journeys

2. Subscriptions and Billing

GOING Premium is available through auto-renewing subscription plans offered on a monthly or annual basis. Pricing is displayed within the App at the time of purchase.

  • Payment: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Price Changes: We may update subscription pricing from time to time. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing period, and you will be notified in advance.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s subscription management:

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → GOING → Cancel
  • Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → GOING → Cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date. Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies:

We do not process refunds directly.

5. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate action suggestions and coaching responses. This content is provided for informational and motivational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, financial, medical, or career advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on AI-generated content.

6. User Content and Privacy

Information you provide within the App (such as journey goals and obstacles) is stored locally on your device and processed by our AI service to generate personalized content. 7. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App and agree to these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
  • Use the App for any purpose other than its intended personal use

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Creative Technologies Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. “GOING” and “Get On It Now, Girl!” are trademarks of Creative Technologies Inc.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or reliance on AI-generated content.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
