Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create a journey? From the onboarding screen, enter where you want to go (your goal) and what’s blocking you. Tap “Create Journey” and select your preferred pace: Minimal, Balanced, or Aggressive.

What’s the difference between free and premium? Free users can create one journey at a time and mark actions complete. Premium unlocks unlimited journeys, AI action coaching (“Tell me more”), and personalized guidance for each step.

How do I restore my purchase? Go to the Dashboard, tap the help icon (?) in the top corner, and select “Restore Purchases.”

How do I delete my data? All your data is stored locally on your device. To remove all GOING data, simply delete the app from your device. If you have a premium subscription, cancel it first through your device’s subscription settings.

  • Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → GOING
