How do I get started? From the onboarding screen, select your rating and where you are in the training pipeline. AHOY will tailor your study tasks to your specific needs.
What are watch levels? Watch levels set your daily study pace. Light Watch is about 15 minutes of quick briefs. Standard Watch is about 30 minutes of core study. Battle Stations is 60+ minutes of deep-dive material.
What is Polaris? Polaris is your AI-powered mentor. Tap “Brief Me” on any task to get focused guidance drawn from official Navy training materials like the Blue Jacket’s Manual, NAVEDTRA courses, and Navy COOL.
How does the quiz work? After studying, tap “Done” to take a 10-question knowledge check. Score 7/10 or higher to complete the task. If you don’t pass, AHOY generates focused remediation tasks targeting your specific gaps.
How do I delete my data? All your data is stored locally on your device. To remove all AHOY data, simply delete the app from your device.
